Although there are some very good consumer grade flight controls available on the market (e.g. Thrustmasters Hotas Warthog), none of them match the characteristics of real-life controls regarding travel, displacement force, centering and damping. So I modified existing controls to have more realistic custom flight controls for my simulators:
Working time approx. 10 days.
I made a new force-feedback flight control stick
based on the FFB Rhino from VPForce.
Working time approx. 20 days.
Here are some pictures and a short video of how I made the flight control stick for the Hornet.
Working time approx. 10 days.
And this is how I made the throttles.
Working time approx. 20 days.
A custom Helicopter Collective including some switches and a throttle-twist-grip.
Working time approx. 5 days.
I made a set of custom rudder pedals for my general aviation / VR simpit.
